About Dana Allison

Hello everyone! My name is Dana, and I am 24 years old. I am currently in school to become a Pharmacy Technician. I am responsible, creative, and quick to respond. I have recently had a job that involved taking care and teaching autistic children how to communicate more effectively. More specifically, I was trained and specialized in helping them learn the skills to become more independent. I have done this for about the past year, so that is that experience that I currently have. I can assist with school drop-off, pick-up, homework help, meal prep, diaper changing, arts and crafts, and more! I think that along with fun time, learning and teaching is of utmost importance. I love using positive reinforcement to encourage engagement with themselves and others, as well as kindness and respect. I am passionate about kids being creative and expressing themselves, as long as they are safe. Their emotional and physical well being is very important to me!
