Dana has four A's in her first and last name. I award her a fifth A for the senior care service that she provides for my 94 year old mother. She is a great communicator, and does not hesitate to call or text to resolve any issues during her visits to my mother. Dana feeds my mother and provides medical reminders regarding pills from my mother's MedReady medication dispenser. Dana gives her a shower, shampoo and change of clothing. Dana washes the dishes, takes out the trash and recycle. She bags up the laundry for washing and drying. She informs me of any needs; be it food, paper goods or anything else. She brings in the mail from my mother's mail box, and uses a dry erasable message board to read or provide messages. My mother has dementia, but Dana's friendliness to her has gotten them both beyond that issue. She has gone beyond the call of duty and put nail polish on my mothers fingernails and will begin providing manicures. These acts of friendliness have bonded them. Dana = A+
