About Damita

Hi! I'm a 27-year-old caregiver with a passion for working with children of all ages. I'm currently a dedicated Middle School Teacher Assistant at a Montessori school and finishing up my bachelor's degree in Secondary English Education. Education and child development are at the heart of what I do every day. I have a strong background in caregiving both personally and professionally. I'm a proud aunt to three nieces and one nephew, ages 4 to 13, and I also care full-time for my wonderful 5-year-old stepdaughter. These experiences have given me deep insight into children's needs, personalities, and developmental stages. Beyond academics, I love incorporating arts and crafts, music, and exploration into my time with kids. I'm organized, nurturing, and always focused on creating a safe, positive environment. I look forward to connecting with families who value creativity, patience, and purposeful play.
