Dammy has been taking care of my 10 year old for past 10 months. She is reliable and took good care of my kid. She rarely takes holidays and even those are well planned/informed in advance. She also provided me (single working parent) with advice/suggestions on my kid, school activities, Irving area (as i moved in recently to US, Irving was new to me), etc, which helped us settle down at Irving. She also groomed my kid to do things on her own. Will re-hire her if required.
