Hi, my name is Damaris , and I have over two years of experience working in elderly home healthcare. I've assisted with a wide range of needs including personal care, showering, dressing, light wound care, medication reminders, transportation, and errands. While I am comfortable with more hands-on care, I'm currently looking to work with individuals who are mostly independent but need help with daily living tasks. I'm happy to support with light housekeeping, meal prep, grocery shopping, companionship, and running errands. I'm dependable, caring, and always respectful of my clients' routines and independence.
