About Damaris

I love working with children! I am very patient, loving, caring and responsible. I have experience in caring for newborns (including preemies), toddlers and preschoolers. I loved babysitting during my college days. Later on, I quit my office job and dedicated myself to take care of my own children, then worked as a Nanny. During my motherhood years I have learned the joys and difficulties of caring for babies and toddlers. I am very familiar with attachment and gentle parenting, baby wearing and also have some knowledge of the Montessori concept. I have knowledge and experience in infant and toddler milestones and love to gently encourage them to work towards reaching them through fun games and activities. I am Pediatric CPR and First Aid Certified. I have experience in caring children with minor special needs and CHD children (before and after surgeries). I have an excellent driving record, a reliable vehicle and I am very knowledgeable in car seat safety.
