About Damani

I was born and raised here in Connecticut and being the oldest of siblings and cousins I have been babysitting for as long as can remember. I really enjoy being outside like going to the park or going for walks outside. I am also a very creative person, I graduated from a performing arts high school and I love doing arts and crafts, singing, and dancing, although that part I may not be the best at. Previously I have worked with the after school program teaching kids ages 3-8 where I gained a lot of experience making curriculum and planned activities. I also have years of experience working at daycares and, most recently, nannying children ages 2 months - 4 years old. I have gained knowledge on the milestones that come with that age group including, learning to talk/use sign language, positive redirecting, and potty training. I can provide excellent references that will show how I am an enthusiastic, caring and responsible person. I look forward to meeting you and your family!
