About Dalyn

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, driven and creative. I like working with kids because I think it is one of the most rewarding things you can do. As a future educator, I get the experience of different personalities, likes and dislikes, and how to engage with kids. I like that I can offer different learning experiences to kids, ones that they may not be able to have in school. I am looking for a job with communicative parents, a safe and supportive environment, and flexibility. I started working with kids from a young age. I am 1 of 4, and 2 of my siblings are younger. I started paid babysitting jobs when I was 12. In my spare time, I like to play lacrosse, run, bake, read, and watch TV. One thing you should know about me is I am always looking to grow as a babysitter or nanny. Something that works for some families may not work for others, and I am always open to feedback! My skills include effective communication, deescalating situations, and decision making.
