About Dalma

Dalma cleaned our house a few times and did a good job. It was difficult to communicate with her because I don't speak Spanish. She said I could pay her via a payment app but the payment got returned BC she didn't have an account even though she said she did. But the worst part is I called her after some time and scheduled for her to clean right before I was having company for Easter and she cancelled at 8am the night before. I scheduled last week with her again for today because I'm having company come in tomorrow and she text me an hour before she was going to be here saying she cant come and to find someone else because I didn't pay her the same day of service (because of the payment app issue) even though I offered to have her come pick up a check she said she would wait until the following week. Why not just tell me she's not interested in cleaning my house instead of scheduling with me twice? I've had to take 2 days off work last minute to do it myself. I paid her $180 for a 2600sqft house.
