About Dale

I am compassionate, trustworthy, and devoted. As a former 911 dispatcher, I have an innate focus on safety and potential issues. My passion for senior care stems from a personal place: a year providing 24/7 care for my father. That experience shaped the kind of caregiver I am. For me, this job is about (1) safety and (2) profound respect. Respite care aides often didn't acknowledge my dad and weren't as attentive to his mobility/choking issues. I did not trust that he was safe enough for me to leave. Also, Seniors have lived incredible lives; they've earned the right to total dignity, to be heard, and to have their stories valued. It's a genuine privilege to listen to their wit and wisdom, and provide the kindness and conversation they deserve. Caring for seniors allows me to cover the bills while working in a field I love with such deserving people, and maintain the flexible availability needed for my foster child.
