About Dakota

I'd describe my personality as detail oriented, honest, and hard working. I began working with children at a young age. Being mature for my age, I gained early childcare experience before I was eligible for formal employment, helping children prepare for school and ensuring they safely made it to the school bus. These experiences taught me patience, responsibility, and the importance of consistency and trust. Since the age of 18, I have worked in personal care as a caregiver and medication administration technician. I am BLS CPR certified, allowing me to confidently prioritize children's safety and well-being. I recently graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Technology with a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science and plan to pursue nursing beginning in May 2026. I am dependable, nurturing, and attentive, and I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where children feel comfortable, valued, and cared for.
