About Dakota

Hello! :) I've been caring for children since I was a teenager, starting with my four younger siblings. I've looked after them, took them to their sports and school activities, and much more my whole life. My upbringing gave me the experience of caring for children. I have five years of experience as a babysitter, and over the years, I've gained much experience caring for children with special needs as well. This experience has taught me the importance of patience, understanding, and adaptability. When it comes to communication, I'm comfortable providing regular updates about their child's day. I'm good with any communication parents prefer. I'm comfortable with text, call, and in person communication. While I respect and understand the importance of household rules, I believe in a gentle and nurturing approach when it comes to enforcing them. I'm not comfortable with harsh treatment when it comes to enforcing rules. I'm currently a college student at USF :)
