About Dakota

Hi! My name is Dakota and I am currently looking for babysitting or nanny jobs for the summer. I am available from the beginning of June through the end of August and can work part-time or full-time depending on your needs. I currently work at Mount Marion Learning Center in Saugerties in the aftercare program and have been there for about two years. I work with children ages 3-5 and I am also in school working toward my degree in Early Childhood Education. I believe the most important part of childcare is building trust with families and making sure parents feel confident their children are in safe hands. I always respect and enforce the rules and routines parents have at home. I enjoy planning activities like crafts, outdoor play, and reading. I can also prepare meals or snacks and help with light housekeeping if needed.
