About Dakota

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, upbeat, bubbly, and creative! I love working with kids because they bring so much joy to whoever is around. I started working with kids when I was 6 years old. I have watched my niece and nephew since they were born. When I was around 10, I would watch my dad's coworker's kids while the mom tended to the baby. At 12 is when I started to babysit alone with the two kids, ages from 2-4. Then since I was 16, I have assisted many families with kids of all of ages! I love children and really enjoy providing a comfortable environment for them when their caregivers are attending to other priorities. In my spare time, I like to read book, paint, color, and any other creative activity. I am currently studying psychology at DU and have taken many courses on children developmental psychology, providing me with a thorough education of children's minds and learning skills.
