About Dakoda

Hi! I'm Dakoda, I'm 26 y/o, I love kids and find every opportunity I can to work and be with them! Here's a brief description of my experience. I have been a teacher for the last 6 years in first-fourth grade. I recently left teaching after having my own baby girl. Previous to teaching, I nannied regularly for 5 years. I watched 2 sisters ages 4 and 7 for two years until they moved away. I worked with them on homework, made dinner, put them to bed. I also did light housekeeping and kept the girls entertained. In addition to this, I held a nanny position where I worked Monday-Friday for 6-8 hours. I drove the kids to swim lessons, helped with homework, took care of meals, and took the kids to do fun things. I've had various other short term babysitting jobs. I serve in the youth ministry at church as a youth pastor. I have CPR and First aid certifications along with having fingerprint clearance (background check) by Washington state to work in the school districts.
