We hired Deja, she was prompt first few days. On the last day, she decides to quit on us ten minutes before arrival. She had mentioned babysitting is not her passion. She would lay on the floor and watch the kid play, instead of co-playing. I don't know if I would recommend if you have a hyper active kid or if your kid likes one-on one play.
