For over 31 years, I've been helping elementary school students thrive in Math, English, and Foreign Languages. As a certified teacher with some graduate school experience, I focus on building confidence and fostering a love for learning. I actively listen and observe to adapt my teaching methods, varying strategies with visual aids, hands-on activities, and discussions. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to their interests and breaking down problems into manageable steps. Communication is essential, so I provide regular updates to parents. The most rewarding part is witnessing that "aha!" moment when a concept finally clicks. I speak both English and Spanish. I would love to help your student succeed!
