About Daileen

Hi there! I'm a 3rd-year medical student with a Master's in Medical Sciences from the University of Kentucky and a B. S. in Psychology with a minor in Chemistry from Berry College. My favorite subjects are math and science, but I also love English and guiding students through all stages of the writing process. While at Berry, I worked as a senior writing consultant in our Writing Center, helping students with brainstorming, organization, formatting, and final edits. Alongside tutoring, I've been babysitting since high school and throughout college and medical school. I'm a certified BLS provider (CPR and First Aid) through the American Heart Association, and I've worked as a nurse aide in a critical care unit as well as an athletic trainer student assistant. Coming from a big family, I'm comfortable with children of all ages and pride myself on creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment while also helping with learning and homework when needed.
