About Daija

Hi! My name is Daija, and I have a diverse background in healthcare, childcare, and youth development. I have experience working with older adults, assisting with daily living activities, providing personal care, monitoring vital signs, and supporting residents' overall health and well-being. I also have leadership experience, including training staff, coordinating assignments, and helping maintain a safe and positive care environment. In addition to healthcare, I have experience working with children through youth development programs, where I supervise children, plan activities, encourage positive behavior, and support their social, emotional, and cognitive development. I also enjoy helping students learn, providing academic support, and encouraging them to build confidence in their abilities.
