I contacted Daiane and she called me to set up an appointment to come over and give me a quote for housecleaning. I was trying to hire her for cleaning help for my elderly mother.  She never showed up for the appointment and did not call or text with any type of response.  Obviously I won't hire her.

Daiane has been cleaning my house for almost a year now. She is a great genuine person and very friendly. Very glad I found her. She is very attentive to anything I need and she is always punctual. She cleans my house every two weeks but hoping she can start cleaning more often than that. Hire her you wont be disappointed!

Daiane's services have been a godsend. Having 3 children in this big house (4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms) we needed someone just like herself to come and take her time (which she's sometimes here 3-4 hours!)  and really pay attention to detail in making sure our home is not just clean but Sanitary. Since Covid came we took many precautions and keeping a healthy home is one of them. She has exceeded our expectations completely and I am very grateful that my wife was able to connect with her and hire her on.  

She did offer us a little discount (which we thought was because she liked us leaving her snacks and water ha ha) but it was actually because we decided after her first clean that we would bring her on for regular weekly cleaning! We know it takes a lot of work so we really just wanted to show our gratitude by reviewing her. We also referred her to to neighbors and I think they have already started with her as well!

I've been on the hunt for a cleaning service, and Daiane has been perfect. Very professional and reliable. She makes great accommodations for any specific needs you may have. I highly recommend them!

POOR WORK & TOO EXPENSIVE PERIOD. Honestly, I don't like leaving any reviews unless someone has done a great job or a poor job. The overall job quality was POOR and they completely OVERCHARGED. They did not mop one whole section of my house, they did not wipe down counters well at all, and missed entire pieces of furniture and left them as found . . . . not to mention they did not touch our laundry room at all. 

To make matters worse this was the most expensive housecleaning service I have ever hired. $250 dollars was definitely NOT WORTH IT. Daiane and her assistant did a decent job in the bathroom and left cute shapes and embossed the toilet paper and make cute shapes out of the towels and paper towels. But cute little details do not make up for a poor job.

they are nice people but the work quality is seriously lacking - DO NOT be duped by expensive rates - NOT worth $100 and certainly not worth $250!

For the last 20 years, out of all the housekeepers we've had, without hesitation we can honestly say Daiane B. is absolutely the best, most punctual, prompt, professional, works fast but incredibly thorough. Not only does she work fast and deep cleans extremely thoroughly, but the extra touches she puts on everything in the house, the way the towels and napkins are folded like a 5-Star Resort, with that special hotel finishing touch, from fancy folded towels, even paper towels and toilet paper rolls, expert laundry and folding and more. Everything mopped, dusted, swept, vacuumed to the most professional shine ever. It's like having a new home every time she has been there. The clean shine of the floors and complete wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling sparkle is amazing. Daiane is great at fast organizing, just absolutely amazing.  I insist on paying her $50 per hour plus tips because she's just that good, but she does more in a shorter time than the last 10 Housekeepers we had.

Just wanted to add info.  Her rate isn't as listed.   I am not sure why she would apply for jobs @20 to 25 per hour,  then state that it was really 35 to 40.  It is fine for her to ask that much,   Just wasted my time is all.

Daiane has been doing a phenomenal job cleaning for mine and my families homes. I would recommend her to anyone looking. I'm a Realtor and she does all of my move in / outs. Her work ethic is great and she's very punctual. She uses very good quality supplies and has some nice tools that she uses to really sanitize everything.
