About Daiana

Hello there! My name is Daiana and I would describe myself as a bubbly, patient, and trustworthy caregiver with a deep passion for working with children. With over a decade of experience ranging from family childcare starting at age 16 to a dedicated four-year role for a neighbor's daughter (from ages 2 to 6) I pride myself on creating safe, structured, and fun environments. Kids continually remind me not to take life too seriously, and I love being a positive part of their growth. I am looking for a role that offers a healthy work/life balance. I am highly adaptable, excellent at maintaining established routines, and a strong believer in clear, open communication with parents. I am fully bilingual (English & Spanish) and pet friendly! When I'm not studying or working, I serve as a theater department advisor (I love the theater!), practice yoga, bake sweets, travel, and spend time with my fiancée and our two dogs.
