About Dagyn

Wanting to become a caregiver is very much stemming from my deep love for children and a desire to positively impact their lives. Helping out, whether it be with things big, or small, is one of my greatest joys. I want to be a support in families by providing reliable care. With four years of experience caring for children aged newborn to older children, I bring a patient, creative, and gentle approach to childcare. I am comfortable caring for up to one or two children at a time. I believe my understanding of child development helps me meet their needs, whether it's a snack, a hug, or help with emotional regulation :) I communicate with parents using their preferred method and provide verbal updates at pickup. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, and educational games with children. I am also happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision.
