About DaChar

Hi! My name is DaChar, and caring for children has been a meaningful part of my life for as long as I can remember. I hold a Master's degree in Integrated Communication and currently work as a Communication Specialist in the government sector, but childcare has always been one of my greatest passions. My very first job was at a Child Development Center on a naval base in VA, where I gained hands-on experience supporting children of all ages. Since then, I've worked as a nanny for multiple families over the years, building strong relationships and providing dependable, compassionate care. I also worked as a lead teacher at a Kipp school, which strengthened my skills in classroom management. I absolutely love children, and I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where they can learn, grow, and feel supported. I look forward to meeting your family!
