About Cyrus Joseph

For the past six years, I have worked as a live-in caregiver, usually doing 24-hour shifts. I have taken care of bedridden patients and people who need a lot of help, including those in hospice, stroke patients, and people with G-tubes or tracheostomy tubes. My duties included preparing meals, giving medications, doing light housekeeping, and providing transportation. I helped patients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and eating. I always followed the care plan and home rules to keep the environment safe and comfortable. I also kept the patients' belongings neat and organized. Communication was a very important part of my job. I regularly spoke with patients and their families to make sure medications and care instructions were followed correctly, always putting the patients' comfort and safety first.
