About Cyra

I have nearly 7 years of experience caring for children of all ages. I have worked for the last 3 years in a daycare and have been in every room (ages 6 weeks- 12 years). For 18 months I have worked solely in the preschool classroom (ages 3-4) and have been the solo teacher, managing 10-15 children at at time. I enjoy the teaching aspect and love creating fun activities to help children learn. I am looking for a job that allows me to have a bit more freedom to do activities outside of the classroom and creating my own curriculum aside from the state regulated one I have had to follow. I care deeply for children and helping them learn real life skills as well as the typical education things needed when starting school. I am CPR certified, have regular training in fire safety and safe sleep training.
