Cynthia has been caring for our 3 month-old daughter as I returned to work. She has made the transition nice and easy as she is prompt and reliable. I work from home and get to hear her interaction with our baby - she is warm and kind, she engages with Mia as they play and read. She truly enjoys the role of caregiver. We also appreciate that she has followed our asks in how we approach sleep, eating and tummy time which has helped us reach key developmental milestones. We would certainly recommend Cynthia as she would provide wonderful support to any family.
