About Cynthia

I'm an artist and childcare professional with a passion for keeping kids off their screens. A typical day would involve reading, nutrition, being active, and creating something everyday. Being on a screen all day is honestly boring and I can show your children option of exploring their mind instead of rotting it. Currently I am working toward my personal training and nutrition certification. I believe the heart of the home is the kitchen. Helping families with home cooked meals and teaching kids/parents basic cooking skills is a huge goal of mine. As a side note I will never feed your kids fast food. Pets of all kind are fine with me. I can't wait to hear more about your family and your family's needs.
