I am a retired nurse and have worked for many years professionally with CNAs I have had more than 40 years of experience working alongside caregivers. I have also been one myself professionally and personally. Cynthia is one of the most caring and competent caregivers I have ever been around. Starting in 2020 she was part of a team that helped my husband and I care for my father-in-law at home as he slowly declined for six months and as he was actively dying .She is very professional, and really understands the principles of . true caregiving… She has all the appropriate skills and is very talented. But/and she knows how to collaborate with others, and when to ask questions of other caregivers and professionals working with her. There was never a time where she was not fully communicative with us… Both verbally and with writing, and she was wonderful with sharing her care and findings and assessments … all information regarding my father-in-law. She works fabulously with the other CNA’s, and my father-in-law just thought the world of her and he relaxed and was very happy whenever he knew she was coming to be with him. She carries out her duties with the ultimate responsibility and respect.. on top of all of her other wonderful aspects, she always is positive and upbeat and empathetic, cheerful, and a good listener. I clearly cannot say enough positive things about this person, both as a human being, and as part of the CNA health care system . She would be a very good addition to any health team.
