About Cynthia

Hi. I'm CJ and will be moving to Carlsbad, NM by August 1st. For 30 years I've been dedicated to nurturing young minds and supporting families through childcare. My passion lies in fostering children's growth and creating a positive impact on their lives. I am patient, calm, and compassionate allowing me to connect easily with children of all ages, especially newborns through age 5. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and enjoy engaging children with outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. I have experience caring for up to four children at a time. I communicate with parents through daily reports and verbal updates, always respecting their preferred method. I am also happy to assist with cooking, light housekeeping, crafts, and swimming supervision. I am certified in First Aid and CPR Training. I have a high school degree, a car, and I'm comfortable with pets. Knowing I can provide a safe and enriching environment for your little ones truly warms my heart.
