I have been caring for children for over 40 years, which includes 16 years of teaching dance and gymnastics classes while raising my own 3 children, caring for young children as a nanny for the last 10 years and working as a preschool assistant teacher for the last 5 years. I really love children and enjoy interacting with them. If there is a child in the room, he or she always seems to find and befriend me. I believe a childcare provider should interact with the child not just be a bystander, and I thoroughly enjoy engaging with infants, toddlers, and children and watching them progress. I enjoy taking them on outings, where they are able to discover and explore in a safe environment. I realize that a child's safety is of utmost importance and keep that in mind with every activity and situation. Should a medical emergency or other stressful situation arise, I have the experience and knowledge necessary to stay calm, make appropriate decisions, and take the necessary actions.

Cindy was a wonderful nanny to our baby (4-5 months). She was absolutely reliable and showed up every day early, wrote us a daily log, and was very trustworthy. She is a natural with children and our son was comfortable with her immediately! She took our baby on daily walks, played games with him, and was even able to put our baby down for naps (he used to hate naps). I highly recommend her.
