About Cynthia

Wisconsin resident and grandmother of three, bringing a lifetime of personal and professional caregiving experience. I have over a decade of experience as a professional nanny, combined with a strong background in medical and eldercare. In California, I worked for In-Home Support Services (IHSS) as a care companion for adults, including those with dementia. I also worked as a Certified Med Aide, where I was responsible for medication administration and daily oversight in a 50-bed residential facility. Throughout my career, I have cared for both children and adults on the autism spectrum, as well as individuals managing seizure disorders and other developmental needs. My approach is always to support the entire family, which includes taking care of light housekeeping and meal preparation. Most recently, I have worked in hospitality & management. I managed three Airbnb properties, handling the end-to-end guest cycle from booking to delivering five-star cleaning and turnover services.
