About Cynthia

Hello! My name is Cynthia. I have over 6 years of paid experience in childcare. I've worked at a daycare, cared for children as young as 6 months and up to 12 years old. In addition to my hands-on childcare experience, I'm also a bilingual mental health therapist with a background in early childhood development. This allows me to approach caregiving with both diligent supervision and a deep understanding of children's emotional and developmental needs. Whether it's helping infants feel safe and soothed, guiding toddlers through their big feelings, or supporting older kids as they grow into themselves, I do my absolute best to bring patience, creativity, and compassion to every interaction. I'm known for being detail-oriented, nurturing, ambitious, and creative, and I truly love what I do. Providing care and supervision is my top priority but supporting children as they explore, learn, and thrive is truly at the heart of my work. I look forward to connecting!
