Cynthia was very kind and caring for my kid. I appreciated the communication she provided while working with us. Unfortunately, punctuality and availability became an issue. There were multiple mornings when she arrived later than our agreed upon-time, which impacted my work schedule. I communicated my concerns and she was always receptive and apologetic. Ultimately, personal circumstances made her unavailable for our schedule so I had to seek other arrangements. Overall she was sweet.
