Out of the few people who have watched our baby, he is most at ease with Cindy, which speaks volumes about her nurturing and caring nature. From the beginning Cindy was very transparent with us; when we interviewed she was getting over a cold and kindly agreed to meet outside. We really appreciate that she’s respectful of our parenting style and has experience with Montessori. She engages our baby with age-appropriate play and activities, making him feel comfortable and secure. Lastly, she is very quick to respond via text, ensuring clear and timely communication.
