My name is Cynthia. My husband and I moved to Charlotte a year ago. Love it! I've made it my mission to help my seniors maintain their independence, maintain their daily lives (ex: outings with friends/family , taking them to activities like bingo, library, exercising classes , maintaining their appearance). My goal is to keep them in their home as long as possible and give them a structured routine that they look forward to. I'm excited to continue this in Charlotte! Cindy is a great caregiver! She took great care of my Mom; everything from helping her get up, walking around, up/down stairs, bathing, dressing, taking her to appointments, meds, activities, etc. You name it, Cindy handled it. My Mom loved her and we knew she was in great hands when Cindy was with her. Cindy was a gift that made the difference.

I cannot speak highly enough of Cindy and the care that she provided for my small child. Cindy is incredibly kind, patient and attentive. She went above and beyond by engaging with my daughter with creative activities in a very nurturing environment. Her communication skills were excellent and she kept me updated and engaged on their day together and addressed any issues quickly and kindly.  My daughter expressed true excitement to spend time with Cindy. Seeing that continual happiness of my child made me feel completely at ease knowing she was safe and in such capable hands. Cindy’s dedication and kindness to my daughter was truly unmatched.

I have known Cynthia for the past 5 years and I have witnessed her compassion and dedication towards the persons she cares for.  She will always put them first. She will treat them like her own family.  She expressed so much care and compassion with my own mother while sick at an assisted living facility. She is a one if a kind with her care skills and her love to all people. Would absolutely recommend her fo the care if your love one. 

Cindy arrived ahead of schedule for the interview, was pleasant and prepared with multiple references.  

My mom loved Cindy and there is no greater gift to a mothers children than knowing this mom is in great hands and with someone with a loving heart for people. We love Cindy and we know you will too.

Cynthia is compassionate by nature and is always positive about things. She has the ability to remain calm and think logically even during stressful times. She provides exceptional care both physically and emotionally. I witnessed her on many occasion provide her clients with a reason to live actively each day and engage in conversation with them to help keep their minds as sharp as possible. 

Cindy took care of my Stepmother throughout her battle with dementia.   She was always extremely patient, kind & caring.  Cindy became family to us.  Almost 9 years after my Stepmother's death, Cindy still keeps in touch with us & leaves a special memento on her grave every Christmas.   We could not have made it through that battle without Cindy.  

That she is a very nurturing, caring, compassionate person.  She is very dependable and goes above and beyond anything asked of her.  Full of love and always willing to go the extra mile. 

Cynthia is loving, caring, nurturing and a very patient person. She is very passionate about her work. I have had many opportunities to see her interact with her clients and believe she would be an asset to any family.

Cindy is the sweetest, kindest, and truly most sincere caregiver we know!! My mom loved her , and treasured seeing her smiling face each morning!  She had a great rapport with all the seniors, staff, and family members where my mom lived...and although she could not continue Moms care once Mom moved to another facility, Cindy made it a point to visit her often!  Cindy cares!!!

She is UNBELIEVABLY caring. Her quiet and loving personality is truly comforting. Our family was so blessed to have her care for our mother. When we moved our mother to be closer to us she still took her personal time to visit with my mom often. I would absolutely have Cindy care for my mother if it were at all possible. 

Cindy worked with our family from February 2012 until April 2015 when my mom entered a nursing home. She was invaluable help to not just my mom, but myself as well. Mom didn't think she needed anyone, but eventually Cindy worked every day, as my mom grew to love and trust her. Cindy reads people very well and knows how to make life better for someone trying to stay in their home. She cooked, cleaned, did moms hair when mom needed a pick me up. When mom grew depressed in winter, Cindy would take her shopping and they would walk the aisles, or she would take her to see a friend to have lunch. Cindy would alert me if she thought my mom needed medical attention. And when my mom was hospitalized in April 2015, it was Cindy who sat by my side while decisions had to be made. While it was very rare that she needed time off, I always had notice. She is loving, kind and dependable. 

Cynthia is an amazing woman who has always cared so much about helping people. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Cindy was a dedicated and responsible caregiver for my dad for many years. She helped with his medical needs, ADL's, housekeeping, and driving to appointments. She developed a strong bond with my dad and with me as well. I always felt confident that he was well cared for.
I also recommended Cindy to other families and they were equally pleased with her qualifications and the service she provided.


Cindy helped to care for my mom during the final years of her life. My mom struggled with blindness and dementia. Cindy was always kind, compassionate, respectful and highly capable and professional in the time she spent was us. I would highly recommend her as a caretaker. 

Cindy is one of the most caring people I know! She's been an integral part of my family's life for over 25 years. I've seen her take better care of her elderly clients than some of their family members do. She goes above and beyond and treats every client like they are her own family. 

Cindy was just wonderful with my elderly mother. She is very patient, soft-spoken, kind, respectful and became a very good friend and companion to my mom. She gave me an update after each visit. I highly recommend Cindy for elder care.
