Cindy helped care for our children along with our neighbors child. We asked if she could help teach our 5 year olds as we were going to be homeschooling them. She always showed up on time and with materials to help engage the kids in learning. She would get down on the floor with the kids and play with them. She has a warm, friendly, and open personality. She was always kind when redirecting the children's behavior and would observe them to determine their personalities in order to tailor her approach to them. She was also wonderful to problem solve with, received and implemented feedback well, and was an absolute pleasure to be around. Cindy is a wealth of knowledge for infants all the way up to later elementary students. Any family would be lucky to have her.
