Cynthia is warm and loving to our twin girls. She communicates throughout the day and gives updates about how they are doing. Her relationship with my children ;(1.5/6 months/6 months) helps me feel at ease when I go to work. She has brought crafts and activities for all the kids and often I come home to a fun surprise they made. Her willingness to make our days easier is a huge help and we will be sad to lose her when we move!
