I started caring for seniors when my mother became ill over 20 years ago. I have since cared for several other family members (all with different issues and aged 66 to 89). I have been with three during their passing. In my spare time, I like to do home improvement projects, read mystery novels, and watch court tv. One thing you should know about me is I am an INELDA trained end-of-life doula and a local hospice volunteer. My skills include experience and patience with dementia, meeting patients where they are, listening with empathy and a genuine interest in people's life stories.

I hired Cindy several times and she is my go to person when i need someone to be with my 91 YO father when i am not home. I feel confident leaving him with her. He finds her engaging, intelligent and thoughtful. She makes sure he is safe, offers him snacks and drinks, and engages him in conversation. Cindy offers ideas for me to help my dad stay connected with the family and recall his life in captivating stories. She is reliable and an overall great resource.
