About Cynthia

Making a difference in someone's life is what I enjoy. With almost 10 years of experience in senior care, I have helped with the caring of my mom who had a stroke along with dementia, caring for families who needed one-on-one cares for their loved ones, and working in assisted living and memory care communities. I am passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I have had positive experiences that enrich my desire to provide compassionate care. My approach is patient, calm, friendly, and loving. I focus on understanding your loved one's preferences and personal history to build a strong connection. I have experience in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation related to memory care needs. I provide respite care, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility aid. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates.
