About Cynthia

From early babysitting experiences, I knew I wanted to positively impact children's lives and support families. I also successfully raised two sons of my own. With four years of paid experience caring for children aged newborn to pre-teen, as well as working in the local school district for 12 years, the last two as a substitute teacher, I have gained significant experience, and offer a patient, creative, and friendly approach. I have a college degree and I am comfortable caring for up to three children. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I communicate through daily reports, verbal updates, and I always follow parents' preferred methods. I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I hope to bring my love of nurturing young minds to your family.
