Cynthia was great. My 3 1/2 year-old grandson does not warm up to people easily but Cynthia engaged him in such a way that he was comfortable with her after less than 10 minutes. Also, when she arrived the first thing she did was show me her identification. Cynthia also asked what she could give him to eat (I hadn't even thought to tell her). When I got back they were still engaged in active play (not just sitting around or looking at TV). I also saw on his whiteboard that Cynthia had gone over some letters in the alphabet with him. I will definitely call her again when I need her and recommend her to anyone that I know who needs a sitter.
