She's extremely conscientious, dependable, kind and a hard worker - always searching out what needs to be done and doing it - very proactive. My mother quickly liked her. Cyndi has the right balance of being assertive when needed to provide quality care, but always very respectful and kind. Just what we needed! We highly recommend her!
