Cynthia has been a joy to work with. My kids (ages 8 and 10) enjoy spending time with her as she engages them and plays with them. She also helps them with their schoolwork (in Spanish). She is punctual (in fact usually a few minutes early). She can prepare food and we come home to a clean house! Highly recommend.
