About Cynthia

I was employed and later, transitioned to substitute teacher. I planned, organized, and presented lesson plans in whole and small groups compatible with the school and system-wide curricular goals. I planned and created activities keeping students motivated, engaged and focused. Prior to Korea (2010 thru 2015), while in Germany, I was employed as a Special Education Aide where I supported children with special needs. After more than 3 years at the elementary school, I was hired as a full-time Nanny to wonderful newborn that I truly grew to love as if she were my own. I'm an honest, dependable, and structured individual.
