Im cyndi ive worked with kids for 4 years now, im currently working at a daycare as a lead teacher but I prefer the one on one connection of nannying. I love offering kids more one on one support and affection. I love engaging in learning their colors, shapes and animals. I also highly encourage them to dance and listen to music as well as read books and open their imagination. I have experienced with diaper changing , potty training, nap time routine. I try to get the kids to have some type of outside activity or energy exercises! I love hands on learning. Im CPR/first aid certification , I also have a valid washington-oregon 30 hour training child care licensed through the state. I have a clean background and fingerprint already in the state as well as all my vaccinations and covid vaccine.
