She is patient and kind, whether it's with the toddler testing boundaries or me losing my keys over and over. She is communicative, flexible, and takes initiative in all the best ways without ever overstepping. She can take direction if you give it to her, or run with things if you don't. Quite simply, I don't know how we'd have made it through this year without her.
