Hello! My name is Cydney, and caring for children has always been one of the most meaningful parts of my life. I'm a proud mom (and new empty nester) and genuinely love spending time with kids of all ages! I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Auburn University and held an Alabama Professional Educator Certificate for 5 years. After graduation, I worked as a lead teacher for a nonprofit organization that provided educational and residential services for children with developmental disabilities, including autism. I also served as a substitute teacher in local school systems. I now work full-time as a marketing leader for a tech company, but I'm looking forward to spending my free time doing something I truly enjoy: caring for children. As both a parent and an educator, I understand the trust families place in a caregiver. I value patience, kindness, communication, and reliability, and I treat every child with the same care and attention I would want for my own.
