About Cydnee

I have several years of paid experience working with children in home and educational settings. As a full-time nanny, I provided individualized care focused on developmental milestones and emotional growth. As a certified RBT, I supported children with autism through evidence-based strategies. As a Leadership Director, I supervised staff, led youth programs, and built engaging environments. As a Special Needs Assistant, I worked closely with students needing academic, emotional, and physical support. I also volunteered eight years with Guide Dogs of the Desert, raising and training guide dogs from puppyhood through socialization. These experiences strengthened my patience, communication, and leadership skills while fueling my passion for helping others grow and thrive.
