I caring for children has always been my passion. With certification in Early Childhood Education and began my career working as a teacher with children 0 to 5 years including with special needs. I continue to study and specialize in child development and special needs education to deepen my knowledge and provide the best care possible

Since 2013 I've been supporting families in the U. S. starting my journey as an Au Pair. One of the most meaningful experiences in my career has been caring for twins, one of whom has special needs. This experience enriched my skills in tube feeding, medication management, educational therapy, rehabilitation, emotional support, and daily care

Crys was wonderful to work with! She is clearly very knowledgeable about early childhood education and took care of my three month old daughter in a way that was safe and following developmentally appropriate play to encourage motor skills. She was kind and reliable - I felt very comfortable leaving her in her care despite this being one of the first times we ever used a babysitter. Would highly recommend her. 

Crys was such an instrumental part of our family, we couldn’t be more grateful that we came across her profile while in search for a nanny to care for our 4 month old. She not only cared for her but actively helped our daughter develop the fine motor skills and reach her developmental milestones that my partner and I were completely unfamiliar with. It’s hard to put into words just how much Crystiani — or Crys, as we call her — has meant to our family. We’ve had the pleasure of knowing and working with her for over three years across multiple chapters of our lives, and I can say with complete confidence: she is the kind of nanny that changes everything for a family.

Crys first came into our lives when our first son was just eight weeks old. As a brand-new mom, I was overwhelmed, sleep-deprived, and terrified to leave my baby with anyone — but Crys instantly put me at ease. Her presence is warm, calm, and trustworthy. She gave me the gift of peace of mind during such a vulnerable time, and I’ll never forget it.

After a brief move to Miami — where we unfortunately had a very traumatic nanny experience — we decided to move back to Los Angeles in part because Crys was there. That’s how much we trusted her. For over a year, she cared for our toddler, and then our newborn when he arrived, juggling both kids with ease, energy, and endless patience.

Crys is one of those rare people who is always fully engaged with children. She’s not a “set them up with a toy and sit back” kind of nanny — she’s down on the floor, reading, singing, chatting, playing. I genuinely believe our son’s early vocabulary and strong communication skills are due in large part to how much she talked with him from the very beginning. She’s high-energy, creative, and endlessly nurturing.

She also has a true heart for neurodiverse children. Crys has volunteered multiple times with children with autism, and before working with us, she spent over a decade with one family — helping raise twin boys, one of whom had severe autism. She approaches every child with compassion, empathy, and understanding.

When we were in transition (after our house was destroyed in the Palisades fire), she even flew out to help us get settled. That kind of loyalty, steadiness, and support is something I’ll always be grateful for.

As parents who work from home, it was incredibly important to us that our nanny was not only good with our kids but also respectful of our space and energy. Crys fit seamlessly into our daily rhythm — never overbearing, always communicative, and genuinely helpful. She would offer thoughtful suggestions for toys and developmental activities, stay on top of our routines, and keep everything running smoothly. She took our kids on fun outings, always came prepared, and was beloved everywhere we went. In fact, other parents would often approach us at the park and ask if she was available to work with them — her magic with kids is that apparent.

The only reason she's not still with our family is because of the fire that displaced us to WNC. We miss her deeply (we still FaceTime regularly & my son talks about her every day), and I only hope she finds a family that sees and appreciates her for the extraordinary human she is.

Crys was our full time nanny for about 4 months before she made a career transition. She took care of our triplet infants during this time. 

Crys is an amazing, wonderful nanny and we miss her terribly! She loved our kids and took really great care of them. Her responsibilities included feeding, changing them, bathing them, making bottles, and overall upkeep of the nursery (laundry, washing bottles, keeping things clean etc). She is a highly capable and experienced caregiver and was also very efficient in her tasks. She loved and did a great job of playing and engaging with the kids - they all adored her and we could hear their giggles all day long! She would sometimes go above and beyond and helped us organize the nursery as well. She even accompanied us on one of our trips out of town and it made a world of difference for us to allow us to go on short outings without having to worry about the children. 

Overall I would highly recommend her as a caregiver for any and all of your needs! 

Crystiani is a life saver! She helped us with our 6 week old as we prepared to move across the country. It was pretty chaotic because we were showing our house and packing up. She helped us all along the way and was so easy going. Plus, she's just so sweet. This is my first baby so I've been nervous to let anyone hold him but she put me right at ease with her calm and loving demeanor. So grateful we found her!

Crys is just ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL ! My son loves her, and she is the only person he is comfortable and happy to stay with. She is loving, caring and so much fun!! She's very creative and always has a different activity to do with him and keep him entertained. I'm so grateful to have her as a helping hand!

Crys is the best. I was worried about leaving her with our toddler for the first time as they didn't know each other, but as soon as she came in we loved her energy and enthusiasm to play with our toddler's toys and so did he! The next morning our son asked us if Crys could come play with him again soon. She is dependable, friendly and energetic. Don't hesitate to hire her!

She is really lovely. The kind of person you can trust your kids with. My daughter was giggling and laughing the whole time when she was there playing with her.

Crys babysat my boys for the first time recently, and I can't recommend her more. She showed up with a warm and loving energy and my boys immediately wanted to play with her. She seemed fun, knowledgeable and confident, and I plan on hiring her again!

Crystiani was able to come watch our one year old son on just a couple hours notice while my wife was under the weather. 

She was on time, a great communicator and did a phenomenal job caring for our son. 

We would definitely hire her again and would recommend her for any childcare (short or long term) position.

Crys was so wonderful with our daughter! My husband was traveling and our daughter was a little sensitive. But Crys stepped in and was engaging, fun, and warmhearted, and I was able to step away to work after just 15 minutes. Crys was kind and creative, and I'm so grateful. Definitely recommend!

Crystiani came on time and our twins quickly warmed up to her. She did arts and crafts and entertained them and got the girls to bed on time. She was very easy to work with and my kids can't wait to play with her again!

Crystiani is absolutely amazing!!! She has the best, kindest, most fun personality, and my 4-year-old son adored her instantly. He had so much fun playing with her, and I felt instantly at ease leaving the two together. We are looking forward to having her back!

Crys is an amazing baby sitter. She is very respectful and kind. She is always punctual and is very thoughtful. From the very first day, our baby was very comfortable with her and did not cry. Our baby is always happy to see her and we can hear our daughter roaring with laughter when they play. I would recommend without any doubt Crys to other parents.
