Crystal has been an incredible caregiver for our family. We first got to know her through her work with the YMCA before and after care program at our school, where she stood out immediately for her ability to connect with kids while also maintaining clear structure/boundaries. She ran a tight ship—in the best way—and it was obvious how much the kids respected and genuinely loved her. Since then, she has babysat for our family multiple times, and we trust her completely. Our children (ages 6 and 9) are always so excited when they know she’s coming—they love her like family. She is dependable, caring, and brings a calm confidence that puts both kids and parents at ease. We feel very lucky to have found her and would recommend her without hesitation.
